Care4Kid is intended solely for lawful parental monitoring, child safety, device management, and other legally authorized purposes. This Report Abuse & Violation page outlines how individuals can report suspected abuse, misuse, unauthorized monitoring, privacy violations, intellectual property violations, fraud, illegal activity, or violations of Care4Kid's Terms of Service.

We take abuse of our platform very seriously. Care4Kid strictly prohibits unauthorized surveillance, stalking, harassment, illegal interception of communications, privacy violations, fraudulent activity, criminal conduct, and any use that violates applicable laws. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable laws and consent requirements. We do not control how customers use the software after purchase and cannot independently verify every user's legal authority.

Abuse occurs when a user deploys the software in violation of our End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms of Service, or applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.

Deploying Care4Kid on a device you do not legally own or lack explicit legal authority to monitor constitutes a severe violation of our policies and potentially local laws.

We expressly forbid the use of Care4Kid to infringe upon the privacy rights of unconsenting adults. Users must obtain all necessary consents before deploying the monitoring technology.

Care4Kid respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon by content hosted on our infrastructure, please report it immediately.

In accordance with applicable laws, we investigate notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action, including the removal of infringing material.

If you discover instances where the Care4Kid brand, logo, or trademark is being misrepresented, fraudulently used, or unlawfully distributed by third parties, please submit a report.

We actively investigate reports regarding stolen payment methods, unauthorized chargebacks, account hijacking, and fraudulent reselling of Care4Kid licenses.

Care4Kid maintains a zero-tolerance policy for using our technology to stalk, harass, intimidate, or blackmail individuals.

Care4Kid reserves the right to cooperate fully with valid requests from courts, regulatory agencies, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies. Information may be securely disclosed when required by applicable law to assist in criminal investigations.

Care4Kid reserves the sole discretion to investigate all submitted reports. Submission of a report does not guarantee immediate action, account suspension, removal of services, or disclosure of customer information. Care4Kid may request additional evidence from you before initiating or concluding an investigation.

Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, malicious, misleading, or defamatory reports is strictly prohibited. Care4Kid reserves the right to reject reports that lack sufficient evidence or appear to be filed in bad faith.

To ensure a prompt investigation, please provide as much verifiable evidence as possible. Vague or anonymous reports lacking actionable data may be dismissed without further review.

Care4Kid will review submitted information according to applicable privacy laws. However, submission of a report does not create any legal duty, fiduciary relationship, contractual obligation, or guarantee of action on our part.

Upon investigation, and at our sole discretion, Care4Kid may issue warnings, suspend accounts, restrict access, terminate licenses, remove content, revoke subscriptions, or cooperate with authorities. We are strictly not obligated to disclose internal investigations, customer account information, enforcement actions taken, or investigation outcomes to the reporting party.

Care4Kid shall not be liable for user misconduct, unauthorized actions by customers, third-party activities, damages arising from software misuse, failure to act on reports, or investigation outcomes. Care4Kid's liability shall be entirely limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Care4Kid reserves all rights to determine appropriate enforcement measures. Nothing on this page or within our policies shall be interpreted as an admission of responsibility or liability for actions taken by end-users of the software. Care4Kid reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
