We strongly advise you to change your auto-generated password immediately upon your first sign-in. Care4Kid is committed to ensuring that the information you provide is secure. Any employee with access to personal information is required to protect it and may be subject to severe discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

All Device Data is transferred to our servers and stored entirely "as-is". Care4Kid does not modify or intercept the contents for our own purposes. To mitigate liability, we employ automated data purging. We reserve the absolute right to permanently delete any Device Data from our servers after a predefined period (e.g., 30 days) or immediately upon account termination without prior notice.

Once data is deleted from the server, there is no way to retrieve it back. No requests shall be entertained in this behalf. Care4Kid strongly advises you to secure your data by copying it to your own secure storage devices frequently.
