We strongly advise you to change your auto-generated password immediately upon your first sign-in. You are requested to never disclose your current or previous password to anyone under any circumstances. Changing your password on a periodic basis is highly advised for securing your Care4Kid account. You are solely responsible for the control and use of each password you create.

Care4Kid is committed to ensuring that the information you provide is secure. We use industry-standard encryption and authentication, along with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard data. Any employee with access to personal information is required to protect it and may be subject to severe discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
However, the transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We expressly disclaim any absolute guarantee of data security.
Data Retention and Storage
All Device Data is transferred to our servers and stored entirely "as-is". Care4Kid does not modify or intercept the contents for our own purposes. To mitigate liability, we employ automated data purging. We reserve the absolute right to permanently delete any Device Data from our servers after a predefined period (e.g., 30 days) or immediately upon account termination without prior notice.
Once data is deleted from the server, there is no way to retrieve it back. No requests shall be entertained in this behalf. Care4Kid strongly advises you to secure your data by copying it to your own secure storage devices frequently.
International Data Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ.
