1Refund Policy Overview

At Care4Kid, our primary objective is to provide robust, reliable, and advanced parental monitoring and child safety software. To maintain the integrity of our digital services and protect our intellectual property, we enforce a strict refund policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER ACTIVATION. By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.

2General

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Care4Kid.com and any affiliated platforms. It is designed to provide maximum legal protection for Care4Kid, our software, subscriptions, support services, digital products, payment processing, and business operations. Continued use of Care4Kid services constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of this policy and any subsequent modifications.

3Digital Product Notice

Care4Kid is exclusively a digital software product and service. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical goods or hardware. Because our products are entirely digital and intellectual property is immediately accessible upon purchase, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply.

4Subscription and License Purchases

All purchases are for digital products, software licenses, subscriptions, support services, cloud services, and related electronic services. Delivery is considered legally and fully completed when any of the following occurs:

A license is issued to you.
Your subscription is activated.
Download access is provided.
Dashboard access is granted.
The monitoring service is enabled.
Your account is created.
The software is activated on a device.
Login credentials are delivered.

Once activated, delivered, downloaded, accessed, registered, or used in any capacity, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

5Refund Terms

If a refund is exceptionally granted, it will only be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Any granted refund immediately revokes your license and terminates your access to all Care4Kid services, software, and stored data.

6Refund Procedure

To request a refund under valid technical exception criteria, you must contact our Customer Support team with detailed documentation of the fatal error. You must cooperate fully with our technical support staff to troubleshoot the issue. Failure to respond to support inquiries or refusing technical assistance automatically disqualifies you from any refund consideration.

7Billing Policy

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle chosen at checkout. Failure to cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Customers are solely responsible for monitoring their renewal dates and managing their subscriptions via the Care4Kid dashboard.

8Usage Policy

Care4Kid is intended solely for legal and ethical use. Customers must use the software only on devices they own or have the explicit legal authority to monitor. Violation of our Terms of Service or Usage Policy instantly nullifies any eligibility for a refund and will result in immediate account termination.

9No-Refund Conditions

Care4Kid explicitly denies and shall not grant refunds for any of the following reasons:

Activated subscriptions or licenses.
Downloaded software or used services.
User error or lack of technical knowledge.
Failure to follow installation or setup instructions.
Unsupported devices or device incompatibility.
Internet connectivity issues on the target device.
Third-party platform changes or updates.
Operating system or manufacturer restrictions.
Customer dissatisfaction after successful delivery.
Failure to fully understand software features prior to purchase.
Incorrect installation.
Failure to meet technical requirements.
Change of mind or no longer needing the software.
Duplicate purchases made by the customer.
Temporary service interruptions outside of Care4Kid's control.

10Call Recording (Phone or VoIP)

If call recording features are limited, unavailable, blocked, or restricted by the device manufacturer, Android/iOS version, operating system, regional privacy laws, or VoIP providers (e.g., WhatsApp, Skype), such limitations are outside of our control and shall not qualify for a refund.

11Device Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are solely and exclusively responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. No refunds shall be granted based on device rooting restrictions, Android or iOS system limitations, security patch updates, app store policy changes, carrier restrictions, or third-party software conflicts.

12Software Functionality Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge that software functionality may heavily depend on mobile device manufacturers, operating systems, app stores, internet providers, cloud services, security updates, third-party platforms, and network providers. Care4Kid accepts no liability for functionality loss due to these external factors.

13Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Care4Kid does not guarantee continuous compatibility, uninterrupted operation, availability of third-party services, specific monitoring results, data retention, or future support for third-party platforms. We are not responsible for updates pushed by third parties that disrupt our software's operation.

14Monitoring Service Limitations

The effectiveness of our monitoring service is contingent upon the target device maintaining an active internet connection and remaining powered on. We are not liable for data transmission failures caused by the target device's physical state or network environment.

16Chargeback Policy

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of contract. Chargebacks will result in:

Immediate account suspension.
License revocation and subscription termination.
Permanent account closure.
Future purchase restrictions.

Care4Kid reserves the right to aggressively challenge fraudulent chargebacks and recover administrative costs, collection costs, processing fees, and legal expenses permitted by law.

17Fraud Prevention

To protect our platform, Care4Kid reserves the absolute right to verify customer identity, request supporting documentation, reject suspicious orders, and suspend accounts pending verification. Refusal to comply with fraud verification requests forfeits any right to a refund.

18Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms of service violations, or illegal use of our software.

19Exceptions Required by Law

This policy does not override any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where the law dictates a mandatory refund period, those laws shall prevail. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care4Kid's liability for any refund claim shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected service. Care4Kid reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy.
