Payment Agreement

By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Care4Kid ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Customer," "Subscriber") explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Payment Agreement Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our software and services. This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement governing all financial transactions, subscriptions, and billing matters associated with Care4Kid.

Care4Kid is a software platform and digital service intended for lawful parental monitoring, child safety, device management, and related authorized purposes. All purchases made on our platform are exclusively for digital products, software licenses, subscriptions, support services, cloud services, and related electronic services. No physical goods or hardware are shipped to the customer at any time.

Access to Care4Kid requires the payment of applicable license and subscription fees as detailed on our pricing page. All fees are quoted and processed in the specified currency at checkout. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the stated fees for the chosen billing cycle.

By providing a valid credit card, debit card, or other approved payment method, you expressly authorize Care4Kid and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the services.

Billing occurs on the date of your initial purchase and will continue according to the frequency of your selected subscription plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current, accurate, and fully funded.

Unless otherwise stated, all Care4Kid subscriptions are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the renewal term. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your dashboard; however, cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

Upon successful payment processing, Care4Kid will issue a license key, grant account access, or activate the subscription. Activation constitutes the commencement of your service period.

Due to the digital nature of our services, once access, activation, delivery, registration, download, or use has occurred, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable mandatory consumer law. We do not grant refunds for customer dissatisfaction after successful delivery.

Customers explicitly agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, unauthorized transaction claims, or payment disputes after receiving access to purchased products or services. Any chargeback initiated will be treated as a breach of contract. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension, license revocation, account termination, future purchase restrictions, and the recovery of administrative, legal, and collection costs where permitted by law.

Care4Kid reserves the unequivocal right to verify customer identity, request supporting documentation, review transactions for fraudulent activity, reject suspicious orders, and suspend services pending verification to protect the integrity of our platform.

In the event of a failed payment attempt, Care4Kid may automatically retry the transaction. If the payment cannot be processed, your access to the software and dashboard may be immediately restricted or suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

All international transactions may be subject to currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank or credit card issuer. Care4Kid is not responsible for any additional fees levied by your financial institution.

Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable local, state, federal, or international taxes, levies, or duties. You are solely responsible for the payment of all such taxes associated with your purchase, excluding taxes based on Care4Kid's net income.

To prevent monitoring disruption, subscriptions automatically renew at the current retail price at the end of your billing cycle. If you wish to prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

Failure to remit payment will result in immediate service suspension. During suspension, the Care4Kid application will cease data transmission, and you will lose access to the monitoring dashboard until the account is brought current.

Care4Kid reserves the right to terminate your account and revoke your license without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Payment Agreement, engaged in payment fraud, or misused the software in violation of applicable laws.

Care4Kid utilizes highly secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. We do not store your full credit card information. We disclaim any liability for security breaches, processing errors, or outages occurring on the payment processor's end.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care4Kid's total liability arising out of or in connection with any payment dispute, service failure, or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. Care4Kid shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, device damage, indirect damages, consequential damages, or third-party actions.

You agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Care4Kid, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from any and all claims, investigations, fines, damages, liabilities, legal fees, and expenses arising from your use of the software, services, or any breach of this Payment Agreement.

This Payment Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Care4Kid is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Care4Kid shall not be held liable for any failure to process payments or provide services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including banking outages, natural disasters, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.

If any provision of this Payment Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Care4Kid reserves the exclusive right to modify pricing, subscriptions, features, services, billing practices, and payment policies at any time without prior direct notice. Continued use of Care4Kid services after any such changes constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the updated policies.
