Laws regarding digital surveillance, data privacy, and electronic communication interception vary drastically by jurisdiction. You bear the exclusive burden of verifying the legality of your intended use within your specific jurisdiction.

Users acknowledge that call recording functionality may be limited, entirely unavailable, disabled, or restricted due to Android OS updates, device manufacturer restrictions, regional laws, carrier limitations, or VoIP technologies. Care4Kid makes absolutely no guarantee that call recording will function on all devices, operating systems, or in all regions.

Certain features and functions may vary substantially based on device model, Android version, manufacturer hardware restrictions, security patches, and network capabilities. Users are solely responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing a subscription.

Care4Kid may interact with or rely on third-party APIs, platforms, networks, and services. We make no guarantee regarding the continuous operation or availability of any third-party services and shall not be liable for their disruption.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, continuous, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, upgrades, security updates, or emergency repairs at our sole discretion.

While we strive for high-fidelity data capture, no guarantee is made regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, real-time delivery, or precision of the monitoring results, logs, or reports generated by the software.

Care4Kid provides cloud storage for monitoring data strictly as a convenience. We make no guarantee regarding perpetual data retention. You are solely responsible for exporting or backing up any crucial data.

No oral or written information, marketing material, or advice given by Care4Kid, its agents, employees, or distributors shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of liability under this agreement.

All software code, server architecture, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and the overall "look and feel" of the Services are the exclusive proprietary property of Care4Kid, protected by international copyright laws and treaties.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on our platform are the property of Care4Kid or their respective third-party owners. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement.

Care4Kid respects the rights of others and strictly enforces its Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to investigate all reports of abuse, misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. Under no circumstances shall Care4Kid's maximum aggregate liability ever exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

Users expressly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Care4Kid, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, distributors, and service providers from all claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, investigations, judgments, settlements, legal fees, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of the software, misuse of the software, violation of any law, violation of third-party user rights, or violation of these policies.
