Everything you need to know about Care4Kid software licenses, permitted use cases, and device allocations.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Care4Kid software is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a subscription, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless explicitly covered by a Business License).
Important Legal Notice: You may only install Care4Kid on devices that you own or have explicit, documented legal consent to monitor. Installing this software on a device you do not own, or without the owner's knowledge, is a violation of federal and state laws.
License Types & Device Limits
Personal License (Essential & Extreme)
Valid for personal/family use. Each subscription grants you the right to install the software on the designated number of devices associated with your plan tier. Licenses cannot be shared outside your immediate household.
Business License
Valid for corporate deployment. Requires a master service agreement and permits installation on company-owned assets only. Includes MDM distribution rights and custom site licensing.
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code.
- Using the software to engage in stalking, harassment, or corporate espionage.
- Reselling or sub-licensing your account without an official Reseller Agreement.
