We want you to be satisfied with Care4Kid. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.
Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered within a defined period after purchase (e.g. 14 days), subject to our assessment. Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind after extended use.
How to request
Contact us via the Contact page or your account dashboard with your order or account details. We will respond and process eligible refunds in accordance with our payment provider's terms.
Billing
Subscriptions are managed at c4k.dev. Cancellation and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
